Fariyal Khanbabi is the Chief Financial Officer of Mobius Renewables, overseeing finance, strategy, and capital allocation as the company scales its renewable natural gas platform worldwide. She leads financial planning, project evaluation, and investor relations, ensuring disciplined growth and strong returns.
With a global career spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Fariyal has held senior executive roles including CEO and CFO in clean energy and industrial technology companies. Christian brings deep experience in energy and environmental law – helping build and scale major energy projects, shape regulatory strategy, and guide companies through pivotal transitions. Nicole Ringle is the Chief People Officer at Mobius Renewables, where she leads Human Resources strategy, talent management, and Marketing for the organization. Nicole plays a key role in shaping the organizational culture and the brand to align with its mission of transitioning to a zero-carbon future. She focuses on building diverse, high-performing teams and supporting leadership development, employee engagement, and well-being.
Prior to Mobius Renewables, Nicole held executive-level HR and Marketing roles at Lifestyle Communities, IGS Energy, and Victoria’s Secret, where she led talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning. Nicole’s leadership has been essential in supporting Mobius Renewables’ expansion and fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.

As CIO, Adlar leads the technology strategy and digital infrastructure for Mobius Renewables as we continue to scale our renewable energy platform and accelerate the global energy transition.
Adlar brings 20+ years of experience building secure, scalable, and forward-thinking technology environments – enabling operational excellence, strengthening cybersecurity, and driving digital transformation across multiple complex, global organizations. His leadership is instrumental as Mobius Renewables expands our renewables portfolio, enhances data-driven decision-making, and invests in systems that power innovation and growth.
CEO, France
Olivier is focused on leading and expanding the platform’s footprint across the region, strengthening operational excellence, and accelerating the deployment of circular, low-carbon energy solutions. With 27 years at Air Liquide—a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and healthcare—he brings deep expertise in the deployment and scaling of advanced energy gas technologies worldwide.
Throughout his career, Olivier has led complex industrial programs for large-scale assets, driving operational transformation through advanced data analytics, predictive maintenance, and efficiency optimization. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee of Biogas Solutions International and as a board member for multiple joint ventures across Europe, including the UK, Nordics, Italy, and France.
CEO, Redo Biosolutions
Redo Biosolutions is a joint venture between Mobius Renewables (51%) and Skagerak Energi (49%), focused on delivering biomethane production, distribution, and infrastructure to decarbonize industry, transportation, and maritime sectors across Scandinavia. As CEO of Redo, Frode is focused on expanding the platform’s footprint in the region, strengthening operational excellence, and accelerating the deployment of circular, low-carbon energy solutions across the region.
Frode has decades of extensive experience across Norway, the Netherlands, and Denmark, specializing in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure. He brings deep expertise in gas and bio-methane, hydropower, hydrogen, and CO₂ capture and storage, with a strong track record in strategic decision-making, complex commercial negotiations, and business development, including M&A.
SVP Commercial
Josh Martincic serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial at Mobius Renewables, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy across origination, project development, offtake, and market expansion. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, structuring strategic partnerships, advancing feedstock and customer agreements, and strengthening Mobius’ commercial presence across North America to accelerate the deployment of low-carbon energy solutions.
Prior to joining Mobius Renewables, Josh served as Head of North American Development at EDL, where he led the identification, development, and execution of renewable energy projects nationwide. With more than 35 years of experience in the energy sector, Josh brings deep technical, commercial, and operational expertise to the organization. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
SVP Landfill Assets
As Senior Vice President of Landfill Assets at Mobius Renewables, Raja is responsible for the strategic development, operational performance, and expansion of the company’s landfill gas portfolio. He leads landfill project origination, gas collection optimization, plant operations, and long-term asset management—ensuring disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and strong financial returns while maximizing methane capture and environmental impact across the platform.
Raja brings extensive experience leading build-own-operate Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) platforms across the full value chain—from feedstock sourcing through end-product delivery. He has overseen business development, project execution, energy management and sales, nationwide plant operations, financial performance, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) excellence. Raja currently manages facilities that upgrade biogas from agricultural and municipal waste into RNG, advancing circular economy solutions while strengthening domestic energy security.
SVP Anaerobic Digestion Assets
Scott serves as Senior Vice President of Anaerobic Digestion Assets at Mobius Renewables, leading the company’s AD portfolio with a focus on operational excellence, environmental performance, and long-term asset reliability. With a background in chemical engineering and certification as a Class A biological wastewater operator, Scott brings deep technical expertise across biological systems, process optimization, and renewable gas operations.
Prior to joining Mobius Renewables, Scott held senior leadership roles at Eastman Chemical and Volvo, where he managed complex utility systems and large-scale plant operations. Today, he is responsible for the performance, expansion, and optimization of Mobius’ anaerobic digestion platform—overseeing plant operations, SCADA systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. His leadership ensures high methane recovery, system reliability, and disciplined execution across agricultural, food, and wastewater AD projects, positioning Mobius for scalable growth in the circular energy market.
SVP Gas Transportation
Tom serves as Senior Vice President of Gas Transportation Services at Mobius Renewables, leading the expansion and performance of our gas transportation platform as we scale to meet growing customer demand across the energy transition. He oversees mobile gas delivery, storage logistics, and fleet operations -ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transport of renewable natural gas and low-carbon fuels to end markets.
Tom brings a proven track record in ground storage and mobile transportation of industrial gases and alternative fuels across the oil, gas, energy, and logistics sectors. A disciplined, customer-focused leader, he has extensive experience executing asset-based supply chain programs in partnership with major industrial gas manufacturers. His leadership strengthens Mobius Renewables’ delivery capabilities, enhances operational reliability, and ensures customers receive dependable low-carbon fuel solutions as they advance their decarbonization strategies.
Vice President of Finance
As the Vice President of Finance at Mobius Renewables, Campbell focuses on long-term financial planning and corporate strategy to support the company’s growth in the renewable natural gas sector.
